I began my career after leaving sixth form to pursue a hands-on role as a Junior Legal Cashier, taking a practical route into the legal finance sector.

From these early foundations, I have developed my expertise through a combination of on-the-job experience and formal study, progressing from diploma level through to fellowship. This has provided me with a strong technical understanding of legal accounting, alongside a clear appreciation of the regulatory responsibilities involved in managing financial processes within a legal environment.

In my current role, I work across both client and office accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency at all times. My responsibilities include the careful handling of client funds, maintaining office financial records, and supporting teams in adhering to budgets and established financial controls.

I am known for being dependable, detail-oriented, and consistent in maintaining high standards. I take pride in ensuring that financial operations run smoothly and effectively behind the scenes, recognising that the role extends beyond numbers to encompass trust, accountability, and enabling the wider team to perform at their best.

Outside of the office, Rebecca is a National Premier and NPL Netball Umpire.
