The Deduction from Wages (Limitation) Regulations 2014 (SI 2014/3322) came into force on 8th January 2015 setting a two-year cap on most retrospective unlawful deductions from wages claims, including claims for holiday pay. This backstop period will apply to claims presented on or after 1 July 2015.
